Private driveway and additional street parking 

You will want to bring a pack and play or bassinet.

You will receive a key code that gives you access to the home the day of check-in.  

Yes, there are stairs so you may want to consider bringing a gate.

The kitchen is fully stocked for what you need to cook or bake while staying or plenty of dishes for take out.  Coffee maker and tea supplies, it is stocked at beginning of season.  Bring your own coffee or k-cups if you desire something specific.

A Carriage House at Sea Colony located in Bethany Beach, DE.

There is a front patio, back screened porch and upper deck off master bedroom.  There are charcoal grills for renters to use at the West Lake Activity Center on first come first serve basis. The area includes picnic tables and many outdoor activities to enjoy while grilling.

Sea Colony does not allow renters to bring pets.

There is a ring doorbell on the front door outside entrance only to ensure safety when we are away from property. There is a coded front door that locks automatically 15 seconds after unlocking.  You will receive a code to use for seamless check-in and check out.

WiFi and every bedroom, loft and family room has a Roku tv where you can sign into your personal accounts to view.

For two decades, our family has been fortunate to travel to and rent at Sea Colony. We’ve enjoyed the incredible amenities, playing tennis and pickle ball, swimming at the many indoor and outdoor pools, and enjoying the private beach access.  Now, we invite you to experience that same fun at our new home we like to call “Serving Sand”.
